The 2026 Employee Climate Survey is now open! Your feedback directly shapes how ACC operates and plans for the future.
- The biennial Employee Climate Survey is a vital tool for institutional planning and your honest feedback is essential to making the college a better place to work and learn.
- Past Employee Climate Survey feedback has driven real change. For example, the 2024 results informed campus climate conversations and helped shape the work and recommendations of the Theory of Change Demonstrated Practices of Caring for Employees Design Team, such as the upward evaluation process.
- Responses are completely anonymous and will not be linked to you. OIRA reviews data only in combined summary groups (such as division or employee group) to protect your identity. No report will ever break down data to a level that could identify you, your specific office, or a small work unit.
