Austin Community College District administers the Noel-Levitz Student Satisfaction Inventory (SSI) on a three-year cycle, most recently in spring 2020.
The Noel-Levitz SSI assesses how well ACC is meeting students’ expectations. The survey asks students to rate a wide range of services on both importance and satisfaction, including student-centeredness, instructional effectiveness, safety & security, academic advising effectiveness, admissions and financial aid effectiveness, registration effectiveness, and campus climate.
